Privacy, Terms & Accessibility

1. Privacy Policy

Stay by SPIERO ("we," "us") builds branded guest websites for short-term rental properties. This section explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you submit our onboarding form or contact form, we collect:

If you use the self-edit portal (Premium package), we also store a username and a securely hashed password for your account.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to build and maintain your property website, respond to your inquiries, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Your information is stored using third-party infrastructure providers we rely on to run the business, including Netlify (hosting), Supabase (our database), Google Sheets (our internal customer pipeline), and our automation platform Make.com. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments. We also use GoatCounter (see "Cookies & tracking" below) for anonymous website analytics.

How long we keep it

If you submit an inquiry or onboarding form but don't become a customer, we keep that information for up to 12 months so we can follow up, then delete it. If you become a customer, we keep your information for as long as your website is active, and for up to 12 months afterward in case you want to reactivate or have follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Wherever you are located — Israel, the United States, the EU, or elsewhere — you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at the address below and we'll respond promptly.

Cookies & tracking

We use GoatCounter for website analytics (page views and traffic sources). GoatCounter is cookie-free — it doesn't set cookies, store personal identifiers, or track you across other websites, so it doesn't require a consent banner under EU, US or Israeli rules. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will add a consent banner before any non-essential cookie is set.

2. Terms of Service

What we deliver

When you purchase a Stay by SPIERO package, we build a branded website for your property based on the information and listing you provide. Every site is personally reviewed by us before it goes live — this typically takes a short time, occasionally a day or two, rather than being instant.

What STAY Signature includes

STAY Signature includes the full set of sections, languages and features described on our What you get page, including the self-edit portal, which lets you update your site's content yourself at any time.

7-day revision window

Within 7 days of delivering your finished site, you may request revisions and we'll make them at no extra cost, up to 3 rounds of revisions per customer. Requests made after the 7-day window, or beyond the third revision round, may be treated as a separate, billable request.

Payment & renewal

The $249 first-year price covers building and delivering your site, and a lower $149/year renewal from year two onward keeps your site hosted and live — it does not include rebuilding or refreshing your site's content. See our What you get page for the full breakdown. This is not a monthly subscription — there is one payment per year at most.

We'll email you at least a week before your renewal is due. If a renewal isn't paid, your site is taken offline. You can reactivate it by paying the renewal within 30 days, with no need to resubmit your information or wait for it to be rebuilt. After 30 days offline, the site and its content are removed, and bringing your property back online means starting over as a new site.

You can cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us — cancelling only stops the next renewal charge, it doesn't end your current year early. STAY Signature is billed one full year at a time, not month-to-month, so there's no partial-year cancellation and no partial refund: your site stays live through the end of the year you already paid for, then goes offline instead of renewing.

Because you only pay after reviewing the actual, fully built site we made for you — not a mockup or a promise of one — all payments are final. We don't offer refunds on the setup fee or any renewal, for any reason, once payment is made.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and content (including listing details, photos and house rules) you provide for your site, and for having the rights to use any content you submit.

For guests visiting a property site

Property websites built by Stay by SPIERO are provided by the property owner to inform their guests. Stay by SPIERO is not a party to any booking or rental agreement between a guest and a property owner, and is not responsible for the accuracy of property-specific content on any individual site.

3. Accessibility Statement

We are committed to making Stay by SPIERO and the property websites we build usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our working standard, including practices such as descriptive alt text for images, keyboard navigation, adequate color contrast, and labeled form fields.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If you encounter any barrier while using our site or a property site we built, please let us know using the contact details below and we will do our best to address it promptly.
